At the heart of Rabia’s work is the belief that together we perform, together we grow. She advocates for personal upliftment and empowerment, emphasizing the importance of constantly upgrading oneself to project as a brand.
Drawing inspiration from her family of strong and independent women, Rabia fearlessly pursued her dreams and became the first and only woman among 140 agents recruited by LIC. Since then, she has been integrating her innate abilities with her passionate humanitarian pursuits and has influenced more than 30 thousand individuals to become trailblazers. Her inspirational work in this space has also earned her the title of a Queen Who Recruits Social Agents.
Rabia’s commitment to social causes knows no bounds. Her brainchild, the “Walk for Cause” initiative, has emerged as a powerful platform supporting various social causes. Covered and highly appreciated in the Times of India feature, this movement has inspired thousands of women to join the league. Leading by example, Rabia herself participated in Walk for Cause events at Bombay Times Fashion Week and NSCI, raising cancer awareness and fostering a spirit of collective action for change.
